Cundiff has
been teaching and consulting artists for over 20 years. She began teaching groups of craftsmen in her home as well as consulting with artists
and art galleries on how to increase sales.
She developed an Art Marketing Club to help support artists in developing their careers.
They had guest speakers who talked about their journey and other related art issues such as Pricing
and Selling Artwork, Copyright Laws, Giclee reproductions, and etc. Many of her former students have gone
on to own their own gallery. One in particular is eighty-five year old Mary Craik. This self-taught artist
began her art career late in life, she started making art quilts in her mid seventies. She calles Paula
her "Art Sngel." Please go to my testimonial page to see what others are saying.

Cundiff worked for the Louisville Visual Art Association as
a Gallery Manager, Exhibition Curator, and Exhibition Coordinator. This organization is a catalyst for establishing
and promoting an art awareness in Louisville, Kentucky. Leaving this organization after 7 years, Cundiff is currently
the Chapel Gallery Director, where she curates and installs exhibitions in a former church. The congregation
dissolved in 1995 and it is now the Chapel Gallery, which functions as a "Christian Outreach Program for the Arts."
